Most organizations are in multiple stages of organizational evolution at the same time. In the changing landscape of management, Teal is the new buzz. There may be even be pockets of Teal in your own organization. What’s a Teal organization? The outdoor gear and clothing manufacturer, Patagonia, is an example.

If your company is ready to embrace a Teal  management system, change will be enormously challenging as almost every tenet of “business as usual” will be fiercely defended by those whose careers have been built on the previous stages. The online store, Zappos, is a recent example of a wholesale move to Teal. As in any transformative program, be sure that your change partners know your culture and business well enough to be of real help in your journey.
