This is scary. Clearly, we office workers need to take this seriously. We need to begin to or continue to take active ownership of our own health.
Yet as scary as this research is, it also offers opportunities for smart, caring leaders to double down on their efforts to provide office environments that support and nourish the mental, physical and spiritual well-being of their employees.
