With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Expressworks International is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, Expressworks International may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.


In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Expressworks International commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.  EU and UK individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our privacy policy should first contact Expressworks at privacy@expressworks.com.  The data controller is located at 1200 Smith Street, Suite 1110, Houston, TX 77002.
Expressworks International has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU and the United Kingdom.  Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Privacy Shield website, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.


You may access the majority of the information on the Site without providing any Personal Information to Expressworks International. However, certain activities such as downloading white papers or requesting contact, may require that you provide certain information about yourself via an online form or e-mail. You may choose whether to provide this information to Expressworks International. Opting out of providing Personal Information may mean that you will be unable to access certain parts of the Site.


How Personal Information is Used


Expressworks International does not collect Personal Information. Information automatically collected may include: certain technical data sent to us from your computer, mobile device and/or browser through which you access our products or services (“Automatically Collected Data”). Automatic Collected Data includes without limitation, the unique identifier associated with your access device and/or browser (including your IP address), your access device and/or browser type, statistics related to your actions involving our products and services including access times and data about how you came to locate our products and services.


Expressworks International does not currently transfer personal data, received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, to third party agents. However, if personal information of EU or UK individuals is transferred to third parties in the future, Expressworks could be liable.
How Non-Personal Information is Used


Expressworks International may automatically collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any user individually. Expressworks International may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing or similar promotional purposes.

The Site may does not use “cookies” or other tracking technologies.

We do not collect personal information.  

Privacy of Children


The Site is not intended to attract children. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect Personal Information from anyone we know to be under 13 years of age.
