We see a variety of change fatigue symptoms, including strategies to slow down or even avoid change outright. Leadership from one of our clients counsels us to be sensitive to the fact that the pace of change is every bit as important as scope of change. Multiple change initiatives that seek “the fast track” may be compromised in effectiveness especially if the same sets of employees and managers are expected to design or execute the program.
