Sustainability beyond the change project or program is often thought too costly to factor into budgets.  If your company has had too many dismal failures with change programs, perhaps its time to think about how to embed change into your organization by developing change capacity through, as the author suggests, “receiving change managers” or creating outright change capacity.  Let’s face it.  We live in a business environment of constant change.  It may be time to create internal capability and bring in change partners for the big programs and thorny problems.
