Stephen Zaruba
As a Managing Partner at Expressworks International, Stephen brings twenty-two years of professional experience in integrated IT large-scale Program and Change Management across a variety of industries, with comprehensive expertise in change management and performance improvement including executive coaching, stakeholder management, benefits realization, organization strategy, organization design and deployment, training design and delivery and communication. He has a proven track record in managing and successfully delivering large-scale, IT-enabled change programs across a variety of geographies including delivery on eight major SAP ERP implementations with overall delivery and P&L responsibility for two implementations. He also has extensive international, multi-cultural leadership experience gained through managing major, mixed client/consultant/contractor projects in the US, UK, Russia, Hungary, Malaysia and Czech Republic.
Stephen obtained an undergraduate degree (BA - 1986) and a Masters Degree in International Management (MIM - 1988) from Baylor University in Texas.
Stephen and his wife have been married since 1984 and have three children. He loves to travel, especially to warm climates.
John Quereto
John Quereto is a Managing Partner at Expressworks International with a proven track record of results in guiding organizations through strategic, system, process, and cultural changes. His expertise lies in the study of human behavior in business and implementing change in organizations both as an external consultant and as an internal leader of change initiatives. In addition to consulting client responsibilities, John is responsible for the internal operations of Expressworks.
John received his undergraduate degree in Psychology in 1992 with a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University in 1997.
John and his wife have been married since 1992 and enjoy raising their 7 children together. John loves just about anything to do outdoors, including hiking, biking, the beach, the mountains, and especially, good weather.
